keluhan paypal

Bebeerapa hari belakangan ini gonjang-ganjing krisis keuangan yang tengah melanda Amerika Serikat berimbas ke beberapa negara lainnya, termasuk Indonesia. Menyikapi hal ini, Presiden SBY sudah mengingatkan agar kita tak mencari keuntungan di tengah krisis ini karena akan tambah memperparah keadaan. Peringatan itu secara tidak langsung juga ditujukan untuk para pemburu dollar di internet, khususnya yang memanfaatkan jasa paypal sebagai alat pembayaran online. Apa pasal?

Gonjang-ganjing krisis keuangan ini ternyata membuat kurs dollar USD atas rupiah meningkat. Sekitar dua bulan lalu, saya menarik uang dari paypal dari satuan mata uang USD perdollarnya senilai Rp 8.800. Dan dua hari kemarin saya cek, kurs USD di paypal ke rupiah nyaris Rp 10.000. Capaian tertinggi sebelumnya Rp 9445.

Memang sih, kalau kita menarik uang dari paypal dalam kisaran 100-an USD selisihnya tak begitu mencolok. Taruh saja dari Rp 9000 ke 10.000, seleisih 1000 x 100= Rp 100.000. Tapi bagi saya, ada rasa puas yang tak bisa diungkapkan (cieleh) ketika menarik uang dari paypal ketika kursnya tinggi. Apalagi kalau jumlah yang ingin dicairkan lumayan banyak.

Apa kemudian perilaku seperti ini bisa disebut sebagai menguntungkan diri sendiri, oportunis? Ah saya rasa tidak. Lagian kalau kita mencairkan uang dari paypal, kita juga turut menyetor pemasukan ke bank tempat kita menyimpan uang. Dan kita tak dengan sengaja menimbun uang, yang dimaksudkan untuk mempermainkan rupiah dan mengeruk keuntungan. Kita cuma pemain kecil, yang mendapatkan upah dari jerih payah dengan bayaran satuan matas asing negara lain, yakni USD.

Apakah anda juga termasuk orang yang mengais recehan dolar dari peluang bisnis internet, sama seperti warga indonesia lain yang mencoba untuk bertahan hidup?

Sudah Kiirim Dokumen, Paypal Masih Dilimt

Beberapa kali saya posting di blog ini mengenai masalah limit paypal yang tak diproses meskipun kita sudah mengirimkan dokumen yang diminta. Seperti yang saya sampaikan di sini juga ini. Beberapa waktu lalu saya chatting dengan dugloo (id ym) menyampaikan persoalan limit ini.

Dia bertanya, “memangnya dokumen apa yang diminta oleh paypal?”
“Dokumen yang diminta payment bill.”
“Dokumen yang kamu kirim apa”
“KTP”
“Ya iyalah, pasti nggak akan diproses.”
“Lha harusnya apa, yang rekening listrik, telp, tabungan itukah..”
“Iya. Kalau yang diminta payment bill, yang dikirim dokumen itu. Rekening listrik, rekening telpon, atau tagihan kartu kredit”
“Memangnya mereka ngerti kalau yang saya kirim KTP itu beda dengan rekening listrik”
“Buktinya nggak diproses kan?”

Chat di atas sudah saya adaptasi. Chat berlangsung dengan bahasa Inggris. Dugloo, anehnya, hingga saat ini saya belum tahu nama aslinya. Yang saya tahu, dia tinggal di India. Saya mulany dapat kontak dia dari miragecommander (id ym) karena waktu itu vcc dia habis dan menyrnkan sya menghubungi temannya, si dugloo itu. Sampai saat ini saya biasa pesan VCC dari dugloo dan miragecommander. Meskipun saya tak tahu siapa nama sebenarnya, tapi servis mereka ok banget. Malah bisa ditanya-tanya soal paypal. Soal Dugloo akan saya ceritakan di posting berikutnya.

Dari sekian program paid review, menurut saya, payperpost adalah yang paling ketat dalam menerapkan standar. Bukan soal page rank (PR) atau rank alexa yang harus tinggi, PR 1 sebenarnya juga bisa diterima, tapi konten blog dan review yang sekian persen harus original.

Memangnya menulis review di paid review dan konten blog untuk paid review yang lain boleh tidak original alias copy and paste (copas)?

Kalau ada yang bertanya demikian, ini bisa dipastikan pertanyaan yang muncul dari mereka yang masih pemula:) Dalam prakteknya, bagi anda yang sudah malang-melintang dalam dunia gelap paid review, menulis paid review yang original selain juga menghabiskan waktu juga bakal merepotkan. Apalagi beberapa paid review terkesan cuek dengan hasil review kita selama semua requirement terpenuhi. Seperti reviewme, misalnya, selama minimum kata 200 kata, link yang diminta sudah terpasang, mau review bunyinya kayak apapun, tak masalah. Termasuk juga linkworth.

Ada beberapa hal dan istilah yang perlu anda ketahui jika anda ingin bergabung dengan payperpost:

  1. Orisinalitas. Blog yang anda daftarkan, adalah bukan blog yang kontennya 100% hanya copy and paste. Boleh blog anda mengomentari dari posting di situs lain, misalnya anda menulis komentar hanya satu paragraph, lalu selebinya adalah cuplikan dari posting yang anda komentari. “Make sure your interim postings have 3-5 sentences of original material.” Buat 3-5 kalimat, khususnya di alenia pembuka, dengan original. Yah anda karang-karanglah. Contoh-contohnya, baiklah saya ambilkan dari hasil karang-karangan review di blog saya. Yang lumayan ngarang ini, ngarang cuma satu alenia ini, cuma bolak-balik saja diambil dari situs advertiser ini.
  2. Tak Melanggar Hak Cipta. Blog yang anda daftarkan tak harus ber-PR 4, atau 3, PR 2 bisa diterima Memang, semakin tinggi PR dan juga rank alexa blog anda akan menentukan banyaknya tawaran review yang bisa anda ambil. Tapi untuk bisa diterima, tak harus punya PR dan juga rank yang tinggi. Selama seperti yang dijelaskan dalam poin 1, dan tidak melanggar sejumlah TOS Payperpost. Seperti tidak mencantumkan link-link crack, konten yang berbau porno, atau yang melanggar hak cipta lainnya. Konsepnya adalah blog, bukan website statis (seperti web perusahaan yang tak pernah diupdate), juga bukan blog gambar/photo.
  3. Blog gratisan tak jadi soal. Tapi disarankan menggunakan blogspot, bukan wordpress. Pertama, beberapa advertiser menolak blog dari wordpress, dan dari pihak wordpress sendiri, mereka melarang blognya dipakai untuk mencari duit, termasuk untuk paid review. Mungkin pertama-tama anda masih aman, tapi lain waktu jika ketahuan akan dihapus blog anda.
  4. Disclosure Policy. Ini semacam keterangan tentang blog anda. Misalnya, menjelaskan jika isi blog anda adalah pendapat pribadi, beberapa diantaranya adalah posting review untuk pihak ketiga, dan lain-lain. Mulanya, Payperpost meski banyak mendapatkan tentangan, tetap mengharuskan setiap posting review mencantumkan ini. Tapi sekarang, beberapa advertiser dalam keterangan reveiwnya, menyarankan publisher tidak mencantumkan disclosure policy. Logikanya begini, dengan diberi disclosure makan akan ketahuan jika posting itu review. Ini akan lebih mudah dideteksi oleh Google. Payperpost sepertinya ingin kukuh dengan prinsipnya, seperti hendak mengatakan, kenapa harus malu mengatakan jika posting anda itu paid review kalau kenyatannya toh anda dapat upah dari paid review. Masalahnya bukan itu, yang sering komplain justru dari pihak advertiser. Mereka lebih suka jika review itu tidak diberi embel-embel jika itu review, biar terkesan posting biasa. Kita lihat saja, sanggupkah ia teguh dengan prinsipnya dan bergesekan dengan perusahaan raksasa sebesar Google yang masih dijadikan rujukan (khususnya PR) untuk para advertiser paid review. Nah disclosure itu jika diminta, bisa dibuat dalam satu halaman khusus yang isinya menjelaskan keterangan itu, bisa dipasang linknya di halaman depan, tapi ada juga yang hanya meminta di halaman posting. Saran saya, karena ada yang meminta, ada yang tidak, maka anda siapkan saja halaman disclosure itu, dan jika sewaktu-waktu ada yang minta, bisa dipasangkan linknya di bawah posting review. Contohnya, bisa lihat di blog saya ini
  5. Selingi review dengan Non-posting review. Setiap posting review, minimal harus diselingi satu posting non review. Misalnya anda ada tawaran 3 review. Tidak bisa anda langsung memostingnya 3 review itu secara berurutan, tapi harus diselingi minimal dua posting non review. Review 1 – non review – review 2 – non review – review 3.
  6. Menambahkan Blog dalam satu akun. Jika anda ingin menambahkan blog dalam akun anda, minimal anda harus membuat review sebanyak 10 review, baru anda bisa menambahkan blog lagi dalam akun anda. Masalanya, jika blog pertama yang anda daftarkan PR-nya rendah, untuk sampai bisa ke-10 butuh waktu yang agak lama. Apalagi jika anda tak rajin-rajin mengecek tawaran review, karena “opportunity” di payperpost bisa muncul kapan saja.
  7. Mengambil Tawaran Review. Anda klik tab/menu “Open Opportunities”. Akan ada tawaran review, dengan blok warna abu-abu (grey), merah muda, putih dan hijau muda. Tawaran review dari $5 sampai ada yang ratusan $$$. Yang bisa anda ambil adalah opportunity review yang diblok dengan warna hijau atau putih. Nanti anda akan diminta menjawab pertanyaan. Misal, apa warna langit, berapa harga permen perstauannya jika si A mendapatkan $100 untuk 100 permen (tentu saja pertanyaan dalam bahasa Inggris dan anda juga harus menjawabnya dengan bahasa Inggris pula).
